Father Joseph Pescatello

Father Joseph A. Pescatello was born in Westerly
and educated there at Immaculate Conception School and Westerly
High School, and at the University of Rhode Island. He studied
for the priesthood at The Catholic University of America and
St. John Seminary. Bishop Angell ordained him to the priesthood
on Nov. 25, 1989, in the cathedral. He served as assistant pastor
at St. Mary's, Pawtucket; St. Brendan's, Riverside; and St.
Mary's, Cranston; and as chaplain at Rhode Island College, Providence.
Father Pescatello will continue as chaplain at Bryant University.
