	On a Mac click on Apple, About . . .)

	Your type of computer including the operating system and memory

	(RAM), for example “Windows 98, 128 MB” (Follow: Start, Settings, Control Panel, System, General tab)

	Your type of Internet connection and speed (bps), for example: “Dial up, 28000 bps.”

	If it is a display problem (such as size of image),include your screen resolution and color setting, for example “800x600, True color 32 bit” (Follow: Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display, Settings tab)
